Our Boat: THISTLE

Here are photos from the original listing before we bought Thistle.

The Aldens are known for their traditional cherry interiors and this boat was no exception. Built in 1990, she still looks beautiful at 23 years old. The previous owners had maintained her nicely and redone the upholstery in Italy with soft beige suede. The curtains are actually lovely little pinch pleated drapes in a classy beige fabric.

She has teak and holly floors, a large drop leaf table, two air conditioning systems, frige, freezer, microwave, and a generator to run it all.

 The nav station is easily accessed at the foot of the cockpit companionway. The standing rigging is all solid rod. The main furls in the mast and the jibs are roller furling with all lines leading to the cockpit.
